Hollow Call Background

Bentley was hatched at the city orphanage when his family left him there because they could afford to care for a kid. As a nerdy and small boy, he was teased a lot by other kids and so kept to himself with his various library books. Eventually, one after the other, Murray and Sly came to the orphanage as well and the three of them grew up together as great friends, though none of them were adopted.

Attending public school, Bentley was an A student and while he opted not to skip any grades so that he could stay with his friends he was granted a scholarship to college which he used to get a degree in science and technology. Shortly before he received his degree he was the victim of an accident that resulted in him needing a wheelchair for mobility. He eventually got his house and currently works at a facility dedicated to inventions designed to make life for others more convenient.
