[The resident handicapped turtle is bundled up, out and about in his wheelchair...obvious only because of the snow falling. His hands are free so he can push himself along, indicating something else must be holding the 3STP. He isn't having much trouble out there though he does have to hop his chair now and then.]
The city has certainly gotten festive since the snow started. It makes me curious: how many people here come from places where winter holidays exist, and what kinds of holidays are celebrated?
